Hello, I’m Neil Colmenares, an Attorney at The Law Office of Neil E. Colmenares, P.C. My Law Firm helps individuals eliminate debt, helps business owners effectively run and operate their businesses and engages in the general practice of law.
As a nationally recognized expert in Bankruptcy, I have been quoted in publications such as the U.S. News & World Report, The New York Daily News, The C.P.A. Journal and have been interviewed on television networks such as Telemundo, just to mention a few.
I am also the author of The Ultimate DVD Guide to Eliminate Credit Card Debt, a product designed to help individuals fight credit card debt and end the cycle of living in debt slavery.
I speak several times a year at various locations throughout the United States on both credit card debt and bankruptcy issues. My audiences are as diverse as America itself from the very young, the very old, male, female, professionals, business owners, college graduates, blue collar and white collar workers, the unemployed, stay at home parents, community leaders, religious organizations, etc.
After graduating from St. John’s University School of Law, I worked at a prominent creditors rights firm before going into private practice. I quickly realized that most people no matter from what walk of life they come from need honest and unbiased advice. Much to my dismay, I found that those who were in a position of trust betrayed people. I therefore limited my practice to just a few areas of the law so to help those victimized by the greed of others. I have made a commitment to all my clients to give them the same honest and straightforward advice I would give a member of my own family. If I cannot help a client, I do my best to refer them to an honest professional that can.
